- Creation of concepts for new product and process developments or for constructive solutions to specific tasks.
- Detail and work planning according to given specifications and requirements.
- Preparation of workshop drawings, manufacturing documents, and bills of materials.
- Coordination with other departments in finding solutions and presenting concepts and approaches.
- Monitoring the implementation of the design in workshops and with our partners.
- Collecting and evaluating feedback from ongoing operations on construction sites, creating improvement concepts, and overseeing their integration into the products.

- Several years of experience in mechanical engineering, special machine construction, or robotics.
- Excellent CAD skills, preferably in a 3D environment.

- Responsibility, commitment, creativity, and team spirit.
- Fluent in English and German.
